Old Facing Bricks
Old European bricks have a special charm.
You will give your building project a one-of-a-kind character with exceptional european charm. Hand-shaped bricks in different formats, in the composite of your choice and in different bond variations, allow the beauty of the good old days to re-emerge.
Environmentally friendly, ecological, recycled building material. Those looking for something truly unique should look no further than the diversity old facing bricks offers from europe.
Old flooring: Whether sandstone from an old monastery – flagstones from a late 19th century villa – or floor tiles from an
old typical European farmhouse: Natural stone – terracotta, sandstone, cement tiles, bluestone
Old flooring comes in many different types and sizes. At every turn one is struck by its diversity and charisma.
Old wooden flooring:
Wood is one of the oldest building materials, solid oak being the most common wood used for flooring. Old wooden flooring, refinished and fitted, lend your rooms a particularly beautiful, pristine and rustic charm.
Recycling wood reduces the deforestation of existing forests. Conservation of the environment was, is and will always be an important criterion of ours.
Old roofing: in most cases, depending on region, earthenware slabs or tiles are used for roofing.
They are composed of the same material, and possess different shapes and colours. The patina of an old tile lends every roof a special mature charm. Particularly important here is also conservation, in that the production of new roof tiles is unnecessary.
Old paving: For a special ‘entrance’, special paving is needed. To achieve a uniform look of house, garden
and terrace, the appropriate paving is required.
Old natural stone – bluestone, sandstone, brick – are available in many colours and shapes, and can be installed in a variety of patterns.
Old building materials are a witness to the history of their time and with their use provoke an extraordinary ambiance and accentuate
the individual style of your home or garden.
Through the recycling of old materials one is actively practicing conservation, in that no new materials need to be produced, therefore cutting down on CO² emissions.

We are fully dedicated to our customers. When you buy Euro Vintage Bricks, there is no need to worry about the quality.
Are these new bricks made to look old?
No. All of our brick and stone is genuine, antique, reclaimed material from Europe. Those bricks are no longer available as new products. Some of them are more than 100 years old and have quite a history to tell.
Do you have a local distributor?
No. We ship nationwide direct to your jobsite. We also contribute to international projects all over in Europe.
How are the bricks delivered?
When we reclaim bricks from their original site, they are first cleaned of any residue. Then they are bundled into pallets, hand-wrapped to ensure that they stay in place during the move, and delivered to you on flat-bed trucks.
How many bricks do I need for my project?
Our bricks come in many different sizes, so the number you need depends on which ones you choose and how you use them. For paving projects, such as streets, driveways, walkways or patios, you generally need five bricks per square foot. For walls, however, you typically need seven bricks per square foot.
What is the lead time and how long does the shipping take?
We appreciate a lead time of at least 2 weeks to arrange the shipment. The shipping will normally take about 6-8 weeks.
Will these bricks last?
The majority of our bricks were made over 100 years ago. Bricks made during this time period were dried, fired and packed by hand and are expect to endure for hundreds of years.
How much do your bricks cost?
There are several factors that affect the total price of the shipment, including the type of brick, the quantity, and your location. It is best to call or email us for an accurate price quote.
Where do your bricks come from?
We reclaim bricks and cobblestones from the streets and buildings of some of the most historic cities in Europe, especially Germany, Netherlands and Belgium.
Do you install your bricks?
No. We are strictly suppliers of the highest quality antique brick and stone in the country. But there is no difference comparing to new bricks to install them.
How different are historic bricks from new bricks?
The brick making processes in centuries past were much different than the ones used today. The coal-fired kilns of yesteryear allowed for some variation in color and texture, unlike today‘s electric kilns which produce bricks of highly uniform color. These color variegations plus the natural aging/wear of the bricks are some of the characteristics that our clients find very attractive.
